About Us

It came as know surprise that this group of musicians were set on a course to encourage and care for others Worldwide. In fact, Terrell, the groups lead new his destiny as early as age 8. However, becoming the leader of a band that would promote life through Jesus Christ would not be easy. "I wasn't very coordinated as a child. I couldn't catch the football, couldn't shoot the basketball, and to add to it, my front teeth protruded a lot, which often made me the class joke . To say I was verbally abused daily is an understatement. As I began to absorb what others said about me, it created a need to seek the approval of others.

I began to work hard at improving on things that people would laugh at me about. By the time I was in high school, I was so into the opinion of others, that it led me into a downward spiral of depression.

When I received the approval of others, I was up for a while, and back down again when I failed. Although I learned about God through a Christian family home, I didn't know what it meant to embrace his Love.

I indulged into a life of promiscuity, hoping that would make me feel better, only to feel worse about myself for being less than I knew I should be. I know now that the enemy was enjoying himself at my expense. One day, I was in church, feeling like a real idiot about things I was guilty of. It was alter prayer time and I remember the minister saying, "If you are tired of the way you've been living come...we want to pray for you." I had heard that before, but I was raised in a Christian home so I never really thought that applied to me. But this day I new it did. I was tired of trying to measure up to the expectations of others only to feel even more of a failure the next day. I went to the alter, lifted my hands as high as I could and said "Lord. Please help me...I need you. I don't want to live this way, forgive me for the things I've done." As tears streamed down my face, I began to here things like, now I can use you, you are more than a conqueror, you are my child, I love you and more. I felt God's
Love all over me not to mention a jolt of energy. I began to see myself the way he saw me...fearfully and wonderfully made. That day, I didn't stop making mistakes. But I began to work on becoming completely dependant on him. I felt like everything I had ever gone through was a training period for something. I was always sensitive to the needs of the homeless, the orphans, and the underdog (after all, I use to think I was one). It was not long after that actually helping the weak became an urgency for me.

As time continued, Terrell got an opportunity to work with multi-platinum singers, producers and song writers like, Michael Bolton, Keith Sweat and Allan "Grip" Smith. This is where God really allowed me to learn more about song writing and producing, even though it wasn't the genre of music I felt I was called to do. Grammy Nominee, Eric Benet was a good friend through and after high school.

We often worked under the same vocal coach and often talked about wanting to help change the world with music.

But once I got to Edmonton, I really started to get the idea that God wanted me to write songs that would tell others about his tireless, unfailing love. The message was to be delivered with an unforgettable energy, and with others (The Reach Band) who had gone through some similar challenges in their lives, but had also found abundant life in an intimate relationship with God through his son. Now, Terrell Edwards and Reach pick up where they left off with the Conquerors project. "Never Alone" is a series of descriptive stories real life and real truth about you, through the eyes of a Father that loves you so much that he influenced these guys to compose and sing songs about! Oh yeah, for the real worshippers, of course there are songs for you on this one too!
